This programme is designed to give you an insight into the importance of focusing on eating better, not eating less. How changing how we think about food and embracing an eating philosophy that is all about nourishment, not deprivation will get the best results.

The real truth is in order to lose weight, we must change our lifestyle, not go on a diet – certainly not a calorie-controlled diet. We must make eating nutritionally dense food, not depriving ourselves, our way of life.

Over the 4 weeks you will get the tools you need to continue on your mission for a 2021 filled with health and vitality

Here’s a quick look at the plan for success.

  1. Know what doesn’t work – (hint counting calories and starvation doesn’t work).
  2. Know what does work – learn about glucagon and insulin.
  3. Take 100% Responsibility.
  4. Understand your ‘why’ (and what you’re prepared to do to achieve it).
  5. Set smart goals – Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-bound.
  6. Understand your beliefs – especially your limiting beliefs.
  7. Use tools to change your behaviour, food diary, recording and reflecting.
  8. Eat natural food, move more.
  9. Eat every 3-4 hours, 3 healthy meals and 3 healthy snacks.
